Dariusz Brzeziński

He has twenty-five years of experience in senior management positions. He worked at Ernst & Young Poland, initially as the Head of Market Advisory Department, and then as a Senior Manager and Head of Strategy and Operational Improvement Department. He also served as the Director of Operations at Capgemini Poland, Vice President of DGA SA, and President of the Management Board of APAX Consulting Group. He successfully managed and built organizations from scratch to several thousand employees. He has over ten years of investment experience, overseeing capital entry and exit projects totaling hundreds of millions of złotys.

Dariusz is an expert in strategic consulting, business transformation, restructuring, and capital acquisition. He is the author and co-author of dozens of implemented change and development strategies for companies and comprehensive restructuring programs in various sectors, including chemical, consumer goods, furniture and appliances, energy, finance, IT, construction, logistics, and pharmaceuticals. He supervised and participated in dozens of investments in innovative startups across multiple industries. He collaborated with several technology parks and entrepreneurship incubators as a mentor, advisor, and Member of the Investment Committee. He has over twenty-five years of experience in implementing strategic projects and corporate finance for international corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, leading Polish firms, and SMEs.

Dariusz holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed a management program at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark and numerous specialized courses and training sessions.
