Dariusz Zbytniewski

Dariusz has over 25 years of experience in business and strategic consulting. For over 15 years, he worked at leading international consulting firms: EY and Capgemini, starting as a consultant and finishing as a Principal Consultant (director).
In these organizations, he was responsible for implementing market entry strategies (both in Poland and abroad), functional strategies (sales, marketing, distribution), and corporate strategies. He led large international consulting projects in Russia, France, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands, managing teams of over 20 advisors. He implemented large transformation projects, organizational and process improvements, and supported integration processes after mergers in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and financial services sectors. He advised the largest companies operating in the Polish and foreign markets.

In 10 years, he completed 190 projects for over 100 satisfied clients. He provides consulting support to both the largest Polish companies and companies from the SME sector, developing over 100 development plans/ growth strategies for them. He supported several companies for a period of 6 to 9 months in successful strategy implementations. As a member/vice chairman of the Supervisory Board, he advised the management of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is the author/co-author of numerous publications in Poland (including Harvard Business Review, Gazeta Bankowa) and abroad (OECD, World Bank, Strathclyde University).

He graduated from the University of Gdańsk and also studied at Strathclyde University (Glasgow) and the Norwegian School of Business Administration (Bergen). He is a Certified Advisor of GROWING PAINS STRATEGY®.
