Wojciech Wąsik

Wojciech has over 13 years of experience in software development, IT, process digitalization, information security, and management. He has worked in both startup environments, where he was responsible for the development and market launch of technological solutions, and in a leading Polish group specializing in the integration of systems and solutions for the industrial sector. He began his career in technical and engineering positions, quickly taking on responsibilities for team management, project management, department management, and, in recent years, strategic management. In this organization, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for process digitalization and increasing the group’s scalability, information security strategy and policy, national and international M&A strategy, and a series of initiatives related to improving organizational efficiency. He manages the budgets of IT, Digital, Information Security, and M&A departments, and also coordinates the work and projects of a 5-person team and 5-10 external suppliers. He has implemented numerous projects for process digitalization, the introduction of improvements, organizational and process changes, as well as led acquisition and integration processes of technological and service companies.

He is a graduate of the Świętokrzyskie University of Technology. He also studied IT Management at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and completed an Executive MBA at IE Business School in Madrid. He holds a PMP project management certification.
