The Inventity Foundation is an organization that supports Polish entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. The Foundation was awarded the “Employer of Tomorrow 2021” title in the Mature Competencies category, in the micro and small enterprises segment with the Train the Trainers Initiative, in a competition organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

As part of this initiative, Inventity brings together selected Advisors with many years of operational experience in various industries and specialization areas. It provides consulting services, project work, and interim support.

Inventity has been operating since 2010 as a not-for-profit foundation and is the only entity in Poland licensed to provide advisory services within the GROWING PAINS STRATEGY® methodology for scaling businesses.

We are constantly developing the network of our Advisors, looking for a person with a minimum of 20 years of experience (shorter experience is accepted in special cases) in one of the following areas of specialization:

How we work with Advisors

We work with consultants on projects. At the beginning of each project, we define the scope of work and prepare a cost estimate together with the Advisor. We select a given Advisor for a new client, taking into account the following factors:

Industry and area of needs of the client's organization

Competences held by the Advisor

The degree of adjustment of the organizational culture to a given Advisor

How we start cooperation

We arrange a 30-60 minute online interview with the candidate. During the interview, we discuss the candidate’s experience, competences and preferred methods of operation. We present the assumptions of the processes and the cooperation model.

We propose cooperation. We offer cooperation to selected candidates. Cooperation is possible on an ad hoc or full-time basis. The cooperation takes place in the form of projects carried out for clients’ companies/organisations.

We organize the Growing Pains Strategy® training, we issue the License. The candidate undergoes a 3-day training in the Growing Pains Strategy® methodology, which ends with the issuance of a License. The license entitles the Advisor to independently run projects according to the methodology and to use all the benefits associated with the Advisor status.
